ORCA-Halo sCMOSカメラ
ORCA®-Haloは、背面照射型sCMOSセンサーを搭載したエントリーモデルのカメラです。エントリーモデルながら、高感度と高解像度を実現し、さらに広視野と低読み出しノイズなどの性能を兼ね備えています。幅広い用途に対応できるカメラで、高性能を手軽に手に入れたい方や装置に組込みたい方向けのカメラです。
ORCAは、浜松ホトニクス株式会社の登録商標です。
背面照射型のセンサを採用することにより、最大86 %(Typ.)の高い量子効率を実現しました。これによりS/Nの向上に貢献します。
サンプルに合わせて読み出しノイズの設定ができるように、カメラの設定条件を豊富にご用意しています。

太陽電池に電流を流すことによる発光(Electro-Luminescence)像を観察することにより、太陽電池セルの検査が可能です。
